• Shipping Costs: Charges are based on the weight of the items. Some items may qualify for free shipping.

• Carriers: We partner with leading services including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Trackon, Shree Maruti, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees. International shipments are handled via UPS, FEDEX, or DHL.

2. Order Processing & Cancellations

• Order Priority: We prioritize orders placed before 12 Noon Eastern Time.

• Cancellation shreedha fashion reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.

• Refund Policy: In the event of a cancellation (by us or a partial cancellation by you) or a return, no cash refunds will be issued. Instead, a  (exchange) will be issued for the same amount.

3. Expedite Shipping Service

• Weight-Based Modes: Orders above 5kg are shipped via Surface; lighter articles are shipped via Air.

• Delivery Window: 7 to 10 working days after shipping.

• Requirements: A complete physical address (no P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO), phone number, and PIN code are required. This service is fully traceable.

4. Damaged or Lost Goods

• Inspection: Please check the package carefully at the time of delivery. If the box is torn or the weight differs from the airway bill, please have the courier agent make a formal note.

• Liability: Shreedha fashion is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the shipping company. Once the product is received and acknowledged, it is treated as a “good delivery.”

5. Delays & International Duties

• Holiday Delays: Shipments may be delayed during festive seasons or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (weather, customs, or carriers).

• Customs & Taxes: For international orders, import duties and taxes may be levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
