At Shreedha Fashion customer satisfaction must for us.please review our return & exchange policycarefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for returns

prouducts with genuine menufacturing defects or eligible for return & exchange

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product if you detect any defects

A 360- degree unboxing video is required when submitting a return request for approval

once the return approval has beengivenfrom our side,customer must ship back the product to us within 3 working days of confirmetion 

Return Process

If your return is approved by our team the product must be shipped (by the customer) back to our office in Nashik

The customer is lible for covering all return shipping expences. Once we receive the product & approve its condition,we will proces the exchange

There may be slight color variations between image 7 the actual item due to photography or screen resolution differences.Return based on color differences will not be intertained.

Important Notes 

                   Order Cancellation; Shreedha fashion reserves the right to cancelany order due to unforeseen stock unavailability,pricing error or suspected fraudulent transaction.in such cases ,fuii refund will be initiated.promptly.

Damages During Shipping; Shreedha Fashion ensures safe packaging & dispach through reliable courier partners. If the parcel appears damaged upon dilivery, customers are advised to refuse acceptance & immediately inform support team for assistance.Return requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.All returns must  include the original tags,product should be inits original condition,product missing the original tags will not be accepted.

No returns for Customized products;Customized, altered items (eg. size adjustments, fall pico)& sale items are not eligible for return.

We honour genuine return requests made within the specified time frame with unboxing video proof, however,any attempt to misusing consumer laws for intimidation or personal gain,rise false claims,or demand unreasonable compensation shall be treated as intentional harassment and may lead to strict legal consequences.

Refunds& Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed up to the value of the original product.

Refunds are not provided.Instead,we offer Exchanges .

Shipping costs, if any, will not be adjusted in the exchange.
